Additional information

Azienda Agricola De Carlo is a historic family producer based in Bitritto, Puglia, crafting extra virgin olive oils for more than 400 years. Rooted in a philosophy of short supply chain and zero-impact production, De Carlo controls every step from grove to bottle, blending centuries-old tradition with modern, gentle milling to protect flavour, quality and the environment. Their oils are a pure expression of Puglia — honest, balanced and made in harmony with the land.

Fonte di Foiano is a family-run olive oil estate located in Bolgheri, Tuscany, where precision farming and meticulous milling are used to express the true character of the land. Guided by a philosophy of early harvesting, gentle extraction and full control from grove to bottle, Fonte di Foiano produces vibrant, structured extra virgin olive oils that reflect Bolgheri’s coastal influence — bold, aromatic and unmistakably Tuscan.

Olio Ciccolella is a family-owned producer led by Giuseppe Ciccolella, representing the fourth generation of olive growers since 1878. The estate lies in the heart of Puglia, across 30 hectares in the province of Bari — between Molfetta, Giovinazzo and Terlizzi — home to around 8,000 olive trees. Guided by a deep “olive oil culture,” the Ciccolella philosophy balances centuries-old tradition with forward-thinking sustainability: pesticide- and herbicide-free farming, hand-harvesting, and rapid milling within hours of picking. Olives are cold-extracted using a state-of-the-art, two-phase system to protect flavour, polyphenols and nutrition, while a zero-waste, solar-powered mill ensures the land is preserved for future generations — because, as the family believes, the land is only borrowed from their children.
