At The Good Oil Club, we take pride in sourcing and delivering high-quality extra virgin olive oils. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds and returns.


1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of olive oil, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened.

  • If the item is unopened and you wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Defective Items
