Olio Ciccolella is a family-owned producer led by Giuseppe Ciccolella, representing the fourth generation of olive growers since 1878. The estate lies in the heart of Puglia, across 30 hectares in the province of Bari — between Molfetta, Giovinazzo and Terlizzi — home to around 8,000 olive trees. Guided by a deep “olive oil culture,” the Ciccolella philosophy balances centuries-old tradition with forward-thinking sustainability: pesticide- and herbicide-free farming, hand-harvesting, and rapid milling within hours of picking.
Organic Cru is where strength meets elegance.
Crafted from a carefully calibrated organic blend of Coratina and Ogliarola Barese, this extra virgin olive oil captures the best of both worlds — Coratina’s structure and vitality, softened by the natural harmony of Ogliarola Barese. The result is an oil that is clean, expressive and beautifully balanced, designed to elevate food rather than dominate it.
• Coratina — delivers backbone, freshness and gentle grip
• Ogliarola Barese — brings softness, roundness and aromatic lift
Together, they create a refined medium-fruity profile that feels complete from first aroma to final finish.
On the nose, Organic Cru is fresh and aromatic, with elegant herbaceous-floral notes of green almond and chamomile, clean and inviting.
Colour & Texture, Yellow colour with greemn reflections. A medium liquid, smooth texture, it’s bodyn is balances with a clean and dynamic feel on the palate.
On the palate, the oil is dynamic yet composed. The fruit sits firmly in the medium range, with delicate, perfectly integrated bitterness and spiciness that arrive quietly and fade cleanly. Nothing shouts — everything is in balance. The finish is smooth, fresh and quietly persistent.
This is an oil defined by precision and harmony.
Bruschetta & Simple Plates
Outstanding over toasted bread with garlic and tomatoes. A generous finishing drizzle brings out its green fruit, soft bitterness and gentle spice — simple food done properly.
Fresh & Cooked Vegetables
Exceptional with raw vegetables, rocket salads and seasonal produce. Also beautiful on roasted pumpkin and warm vegetables where its herbaceous profile adds depth without heaviness.
Soups & Legumes
A natural match for bean purées, legume soups and velvety vegetable soups. Especially stunning on pumpkin soup, where the almond and artichoke notes create balance and roundness.
Fish & White Meats
Perfect over grilled fish, baked white fish and roasted chicken. Its medium structure enhances delicate proteins while still adding freshness and aromatic complexity.
Cheese & Fresh Dishes
Pairs effortlessly with fresh, soft cheeses and caprese-style dishes. The balanced bitterness and spice cut through creaminess and lift the overall flavour profile.
This is a true finishing oil for fresh, savoury dishes that benefit from a vibrant, herbaceous drizzle. Use it raw and add just before serving to preserve its organic fruit character, balanced bitterness and gentle peppery polyphenols — exactly how premium EVOO should be enjoyed.
This is an oil you’ll reach for daily — versatile, reliable and deeply satisfying.
Ciccolella Organic Cru — organic, balanced and unmistakably Puglian.

Olives are cold-extracted using a state-of-the-art, two-phase system to protect flavour, polyphenols and nutrition, while a zero-waste, solar-powered mill ensures the land is preserved for future generations — because, as the family believes, the land is only borrowed from their children.
